1:Why do stomata occur
The reasons for the occurrence of pores in the welding process can be divided into external reasons and internal reasons. The external reasons mainly include environmental factors and improper use of operators. During the welding process, due to poor protection, the gas enters the molten pool. It is repugnant that the gas cannot be discharged during the cooling process, which leads to the appearance of pores inside the workpiece, and if the surrounding air is too humid, it will also cause pores to appear in the workpiece.
If the arc of the welding robot is too long, it will cause air to enter and generate nitrogen holes. The surface is not cleaned well. If there is oil rust, hydrogen holes or carbon monoxide pores will be generated. According to the shape and color of the formed hole, it can be judged which kind of pore, according to the process and material. And the shape and color of the pores can analyze the specific reasons.
The yellow pores are generally nitrogen pores, the small bright white dots are hydrogen pores, and the larger ones that rise in size are mostly carbon monoxide pores.
The internal reasons include welding equipment and unreasonable selection of welding parameters. The equipment is mainly caused by insufficient protective gas pressure, unstable flow, and impurities around the weld.
2:How to solve stomata measures
Keep a certain degree of dryness in the welding environment, use a closed gas for welding, close the surrounding ventilation facilities, and ensure that there is no large airflow in the welding environment, which can reduce the incidence of internal pores.
Before working, it is necessary to clean up the impurities around the welding seam of the welding torch, and clean up the oily impurities in the working environment. Prevention is greater than correction, and welding defects are effectively reduced.
When there is a problem with the welding parameters, the welding robot needs to be stopped urgently, and the welding parameters are adjusted according to the quality of the weldment until the welding quality is passed, and then the welding operation is performed.
Enterprises need to regularly train welding workers to understand the operation process and maintenance measures of welding robots, and continuously improve their skills.
When porosity occurs in the welding process, it is first necessary to analyze the cause of the porosity, check one by one, and find the problem before making a solution to help the welding robot achieve stable welding, improve the production efficiency of the enterprise, and reduce the output cost.
