In order to enhance the working range of robots and solve the disadvantages of the limited working range due to the limited reach of robot bodies, our company specially designed and developed robot walking rails.

 


The robot servo walking track produced by our company is mainly composed of the integral fixed base, the power mechanism, the power transmission mechanism, the guide mechanism, the robot installation rail, the protection mechanism, the limit mechanism and its walking accessories.

 

The overall base of the robot walking mechanism is welded from high-strength section steel and steel products. After post-annealing and professional mechanical processing, its long-term stability and high accuracy can be ensured. Well-known foreign brand servo motors which can be configured according to the requirements of customers cooperate with high-precision reducer as the power mechanism. Transmit through high-precision gear racks of well-known brands at home and abroad. Use high-precision linear guide rails from domestic and foreign manufacturers as the guide mechanism. Through the above methods, walking stability and high positioning precision of robots can be ensured.

 

For the robot rail, people can choose to let the robot walk alone or let the robot walk with the rest of welding robots and control cabinets according to the customer's site conditions. In order to prevent the bad influence on the precision of these high-precision parts due to the spattering in the welding process or the dust in the air, corresponding protection mechanisms have been specially added. In order to ensure the safety of robot walking, soft limiting and hard limiting are added to the two ends of the robot's walking rail, which plays a double protection role, and corresponding walking accessories are installed for robot walking.

 

In order to adapt to different working conditions and usage requirements of different customers, different configurations and installation methods can be performed for customers.
